The Mountain Water Process is a gentle, chemical-free method of decaffeination that preserves the coffee's unique flavors and characteristics. The process begins with pre-soaking the green coffee beans to expand them for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution of concentrated co ee solubles that gently draw out the ca eine while preserving the co ee's unique flavor compounds. Once caffeine removal is complete, the coffee is re-dried, re-bagged, and ready for its journey to your cup.
