Amanda
As the Events Manager and a new addition to the Sales team, I bring people together over great coffee and memorable experiences. Coffee has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember—I’m a first-generation Cuban-American, so cafecito was basically a love language in my house. I first got into the specialty coffee scene as a regular at Panther, and now it’s come full circle. My go-to drink is a West Coast Espresso over ice or a shot of Nitro when I need to lock in.
Fiorela
Fiorela started as a barista with Panther in 2015 and still loves hopping behind the bar whenever she can. Over the years, she’s managed several café locations and now takes care of logistics for all the retail stores in Miami. She’s picked up a lot about coffee along the way and loves being part of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running. Her go-to drink is a fresh ready brew—ideally with a chocolate croissant on the side. Outside of work, Fiorela enjoys time with her family, lifting heavy at the gym, and baking sweets and homemade bread.
Mavis
Mavis has been with Panther Coffee since Art Basel 2016 with this being her first experience in the coffee industry. Starting as a barista, she then became the Events Coordinator and is now currently co-managing the Wynwood location. Mavis loves to continue to learn more coffee knowledge and strives to improve in coffee techniques. She loves a friendly latte art competition. Her day to day drink is a black cold brew, but will always order a shot of espresso and pour over when visiting other coffee shops. Traveling is a passion for her. She also enjoys singing, film photography, gardening and baking.
Nicolas
Nicolas Diaz has been with the company since September 3, 2014, and currently serves as the Operations Manager at the Coconut Grove location—a role he’s held for over a year. Nicolas plays a key role in supporting the team, coordinating daily operations, and creating a positive, efficient environment for both staff and guests. Panther was his first coffee job, and he quickly fell in love with the craft and the community. His go-to drinks are a classic espresso or a brewed black coffee. Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys cooking regularly and playing soccer with friends. He believes in leading by example and always strives to bring consistency, integrity, and good energy to everything he does.
Steve
Steve Price has been with Panther Coffee since 2013. After managing several locations over the years, he has become our Customer Care and Communications Coordinator, helping to answer all of our customer and client inquiries. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, soccer, science fiction, retro gaming and playing guitar and bass. His go to beverage, which is never far from his side, is a hot, black cup of single origin coffee.
