These coffees are most often grown by smallholder farmers near to their houses, processed on the farm in the washed method and dried and milled by local co-ops or community projects.

The washed coffee method of removing coffee fruit from the inner roastable seeds produces coffees with a multitude of vivid and pronounced flavors. These coffees are also exceptionally sweet. Casa is a blend of coffees with intense fresh fruit flavors and a rich, sweet foundation of caramel and milk chocolate.

Casa is a very versatile blend. Floral and fruit forward with a sweet caramel finish as a pourover. Bright and rounded with assertive yellow fruit and a sweet finish reminiscent of s’mores as an espresso. Casa can be enjoyed daily, however you brew coffee.
